• Ticket List The dump truck dispatcher ticket list shows delivery details, status, priority, and expected times, helping dispatchers monitor progress and ensure timely deliveries.
• Ticket Overview Schedule and dispatch orders first, then enter tickets to create invoices. For past jobs, create historical orders and add tickets without dispatching.
• Tickets by Driver This screen is sorted by driver and job, allowing you to verify or enter tickets for the day. It's color-coded for internal trucks and subcontractors' statuses.
• Tickets via Schedule If using the “Driver app”, tickets are auto-created when a load is dispatched. Otherwise, assign a truck to a job and add tickets via the job menu or 'Tickets by Driver' screen.
