Adding Work Orders
Dump truck dispatchers can add work orders for vehicle maintenance, tracking repairs, schedules, & service history to ensure trucks remain operational & efficient.
Click on the work orders menu under the “vehicle maintenance” menu. This function allows you to create new work orders for trucks and allows them to search for work orders created through the “PM schedule” page.
Click on the “Add new” button to add new work order. You can enter various dates like start, issue date, completion date, etc. You can select the service types, vehicles and enter other details like odometer reading, parts cost, total cost, etc.
